Artificial sweeteners may cause gastrointestinal problems, elevated blood sugar levels, a higher risk of cancer, elevated blood pressure, and negative effects on people who already have mood disorders. Some people's immune systems may be impacted by artificial sweeteners.
Food Colouring
Although there is insufficient proof to conclude that food dyes are harmful to the majority of people. However, some adults may experience allergic reactions, and sensitive children may become hyperactive. The majority of food dyes, nevertheless, are included in processed, unhealthy foods that should be avoided.
Trans fats
